Our 3-step Coronavirus Deep Clean treatment includes: 

STEP 1 Deep Clean – Recommended prior to Full Bio-Fogging treatment, because the biocide vapour needs to make contact with the microorganisms on a surface to kill them. If dirt, debris, wet patches, or other material are covering parts of a surface, then these areas may not be sanitised. 

STEP 2 Bio-Fogging – Liquid biocide sanitising agent suspended in a fine mist that disinfects everything it encounters. We use a fully certified Food safe Formula 429FC, which is used extensively in the NHS, and is guaranteed to KILL COVID-19. 

STEP 3 Testing – Test surfaces after Fogging to ensure that your workplace is safe and free of Coronavirus and unwanted ATP.

What is Bio-Fogging?

 Specialist fogging machines create a liquid mist which carries biocide. The biocide particles in the mist or fog are so small that they remain suspended in the air long enough to kill airborne viruses and bacteria. The sanitising biocide also eliminates pathogens on surfaces, including ceilings and walls as well as furniture and floors.

Some biocides are not approved for human use, but we use Formula 429FC which is approved for use in Food preparation areas and has also been independently tested and shown to be 99.99% effective (in 5 minutes) against coronavirus and conforms to European testing standards.

An advantage with fogging is that the sanitising agent reaches areas that may be difficult to clean with other techniques. Penetration into some nooks and crannies may be limited by obstacles, but in most cases it’s not necessary to move furniture or equipment around before or during the cleaning process.

A thorough deep clean is required in advance of fogging or its impact could be curbed. The biocide vapour needs to make contact with the microorganisms on a surface to kill them. If dirt, debris wet patches or some other material are covering parts of a surface, then these areas may not be sanitised. So, we highly recommend that fogging is carried out in conjunction with a deep clean.
